TO START WATER SERVICE:
A deposit of $60.00, plus a non-refundable set-up fee of
$50.00, will be required to begin water service. Bills are
payable at the City of Bishopville, 135 E. Church Street,
P.O. Box 388, Bishopville, SC, on or before the 15th of the
month. If the account is not paid by the due date, a penalty
of 10% will be added. Failure to receive bill in mail does not
excuse responsibility for timely payment. Bills unpaid 5
days after due date as shown on the bill are subject to
disconnection. A reconnect charge and all arrears must be
paid before service can be resumed.
Office hours at City Hall are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday, except holidays. A night depository is
available for payments after office hours.
